In 2006 Jim Webb stepped up and ran an underdog race for the United States Senate under the title of one of his books Born Fighting: How the Scots-Irish Shaped America … like Jim Webb, Brian Moran was “Born Fighting” … he’ll make an excellent Chair for the Democratic Party of Virginia!
